We strictly adhere to your specifications. If measurements are unavailable, our design team will assess your space to recommend optimal sizing for your approval.

Q2. Can you provide design drawings before production?

Yes. We will provide detailed drawings, including dimensions and specifications, for your final review. Production commences only upon your formal approval.

Q3. How can we verify material quality?

We verify all materials, finishes, and hardware via high-resolution photos and videos. Free physical samples are also available upon request.

Q4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T, PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. A 30% deposit is required to start production, with the 70% balance due before shipment.

Customization

Q1. What is the fidelity rate for custom pieces?

All items are crafted 1:1 based on your approved specifications. While minor variations may occur due to natural materials and craftsmanship, we ensure a 95%–99% fidelity rate.

Q2. Can we request custom material samples?

Yes, we provide standard and custom material samples. Please contact us to request a sample kit.

Q3. Can I provide my own fabric or materials (COM/COL)?

Absolutely. We accept COM (Customer's Own Material) and COL (Customer's Own Leather). Our technical team will evaluate your provided materials to ensure they meet our production standards.

Q4. Can you manufacture custom designs based on my own 3D models or sketches?

Yes. Our experienced engineering team can translate your 3D models or conceptual sketches into precise shop drawings and bring your original designs to life with premium craftsmanship.

Shipping & Service

Q1. How is quality verified before shipment?

Our inspection team performs a comprehensive review of craftsmanship, dimensions, and packaging. Detailed proof will be sent for your final sign-off before shipment.

Q2. What are the production and shipping timelines?

Production takes 3-5 weeks after drawing approval. Shipping typically takes 5-8 weeks. We offer flexible options to suit your timeline.

Q3. Do you provide professional design services?

Yes. Our designers offer end-to-end support, including space planning, furniture selection, and custom design solutions.

Q4. Is door-to-door delivery available? Are there extra fees?

Yes, we provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service across the U.S., covering customs and duties. There are no additional fees upon delivery.

Q5. Do you offer on-site installation?

Yes, we have professional installation teams across the U.S. and provide video guidance to ensure a seamless setup.

Return & Warranty

Q1. What if items arrive damaged or incomplete?

Please provide photos of the issue. We will verify it promptly and arrange replacements or necessary support to ensure a seamless experience.

Q2. What is the warranty policy?

We offer a 5-year warranty on the structural frame and 1-year on hardware. We guarantee a response within 12 hours for any quality-related concerns.
